Queen’s birthday long weekend! Gav’s birthday today! Gav starting his new job tomorrow! So exciting!

After the 2 1/2 hour episode this morning at the Ministry of the Interior (see previous posting), Jeffrey & Rohan did an architectural walking tour of the TA university which they enjoyed. The highlight of the tour was the Uni synagogue which they found very interesting.
At the same time, Kate & I did a retail therapy walking tour of the nearby Ramat Aviv Canyon (shopping mall) which was also interesting, but not very successful.

The afternoon finished with walking for some, pool, beach & relaxing for others. And of course, happy hour on the terrace!

Tonight we had a great dinner at ZEPRA with R&K. We shared 13 dishes, each one equal to or better than the one before. The flavors & presentation were exceptional!
However, don’t give the waitress Carte Blanche to add the tip to the bill.. big mistake!!
