This is what living the TA life is like.. This morning after Jeffrey went to the beach gym (he missed going there with Addi), we had breakfast on the patio. Marion & I walked to the Dizengoff Centre to have a look around & do a few messages. Jeffrey took Mick to see Shuk HaCarmel (who doesn’t like a market?!?) & then to get Mick a haircut. We did a little supermarket shopping & came back to the apartment for lunch on the patio/deck.
This afternoon we went to the Yitzchak Rabin Museum & we were the last to leave (it closes at 5pm). It was so well put together & so interesting, telling the story of the establishment of Israel concurrently with the life of Yitzchak Rabin. Very impressed!
We had dinner at Oshi Oshi at the Namal, kosher Japanese. It was very tasty & quite a different experience for us. From there we went to Hangar 11 to visit Zev at 10:30pm. His venue was thumping with Greek singers on stage & more than 2000 people in the audience.
28 degrees at midnight in TA after mid thirties this afternoon.
By the way, did I mention chicken soup? I also made chicken soup today!
All in all a very entertaining day & night!
