Early this morning, we arrived home from the airport with Marion & Mick & sat on the couch talking, until Jeffrey insisted we go to bed sometime before 2am. It is really great to have them here. We all woke fairly early & after breakfast, we went to Jaffa to visit the shuk & the old city. The weather was perfect (29 degrees), blue sky & a little breeze. Lunch once again was at Benedykt (that’s misspelt on purpose for SB) & home for a rest.

This afternoon we drove to Rishon & joined Judy & her family for graveside Tehillim to mark Helga’s yahrtzeit. It was special for all of us to be there. We all went back to Judy’s for a light but substantial meal (does that even make sense?) On the way home, we dropped Mina (Chaim’s mother back to her place in TA.

10pm Jeffrey gets a call from Zev, & he jumps on my bike to ride down to the Namal to Hangar 11, to see the band Mashina performing!! Not sure Mashina is his style of music but absolutely sure he’ll have fun! He did, he came home after 1am!
