So I must start today’s diary at the end of the day. I’m sitting on the couch at our apartment in Sea Twins having just taken CONGA to the airport. It was an emotional farewell, as expected. Our 3 weeks together seemed to have flown by.. We covered a lot of territory & we loved sharing our experiences through the eyes of our grandchildren. It is always sad to say bye, but I know they’ll have a great time in Hong Kong & Disneyland. Meanwhile I’ve just received a viber call from R&K in Frankfurt en route to Berlin. And in half an hour, we’re going back to the airport to pick up Marion & Mick.

Well, this morning Jeffrey Gavin Addi & Noah went to Azrieli Centre to do an exchange, while Orly packed. Chloe & I went to Shuk HaCarmel together for an hour & a half. It was such a special time. We looked at all the stalls, bought all the items on my list, & chatted about 100 different things. Chloe has walked & walked every day for 3 weeks with a smile on her face & not once was there even a hint of a complaint! I am so impressed!
She is indeed a very mature 7 year old.

Next we all visited the Old Jaffa Port where the kids had lunch. It was their first time there. It’s a new tourist precinct with lots of restaurants & a few shops. Then we left Orly to see the galleries in old Jaffa & she then walked back.

The kids had a late rest, showers & dinner before leaving for the airport. The perfect TA sunset farewell to a beautiful holiday!
Now back to the airport.. xx
