WEDNESDAY 24/7/13
This morning I had a visit from Vicky Walhausen, (Wendy Halperin’s sister), who is here for the Maccabiah games. Her husband is in the veteran golf. We sat on the terrace & chatted & it was nice to catch up.
Jeffrey picked up our new hire car that we have for 2 days so we can go up north tomorrow for the last day of the big 3 day Karmiel dance festival.
We drove to Herzliya for a bit of retail therapy at the Shivat Kochavim Kanyon (7 stars mall), then went to the beach there for lunch & a swim.
Back in TLV, we showered & got ready for drinks with the Gelbarts & Parasols at our place, before walking to dinner at GOSHEN in Nahalat Benyamin St.
We walked back via the Royal Beach Hotel to have a look at this new hotel where the Gelbarts are staying. It is very tasteful & the rooms & public areas beautifully styled.
It ended up being a late night.
